Maintenance / Project Manager:

* Initiate, plan, monitor/control, execute, and commission total - projects, and maintenance activities within the plant.

* Plans covering all electrical and mechanical equipment to guarantee safe and efficient manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities:

* Review maintenance work orders request, and schedule work accordingly for all plants operating units.

*Review and discuss maintenance requirements, work progress, and problems in daily and periodic meetings with department and plants management.

* Perform regular review of maintenance work in progress, includes carrying- out regular tours of plant areas, discussing current or emergency problems with operational personnel.

*Review spare parts requirements, prepare, issue purchase order requests for maintenance materials needed.

*Study inventory of all equipment spare parts to insure an efficient periodic and preventive maintenance programs and implementation, consequently minimizing the down time.

*Perform daily review of log sheets to monitor and insure efficient performance of utility dept. machines, including monthly inventory and stock.

*Taking daily readings of utility usage for data analysis including water, electricity, cooling, CO2, and thermal energy to insure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) implementation and benchmarking.

Projects and Engineering:

*Evaluate and participate in determining appropriate action of maintenance/

technical critical problems. Plans, schedules and implements major overhaul shut down for maintenance or projects.

*Supervises design, building and modifying electrical control panels to support and satisfy newly established projects.

* Implementations of corrective / preventive actions.

*Maintaining, overhauling, and assist executing complete bottling, can filling production lines, brew house, and cellars (fermenting vessels) extension projects such as (Krones / schtineneker, KHS, Sander Hanson, Anker Anderson, UNI Mac sweep off De-palletizer, Filtec X ray & Gama ray fill level inspectors, and empty bottle inspector.

*Fully responsible of maintaining & overhauling all Utilities Machines such as Wittemann CO2 Recovery Units, CO2 Generators, Dry Ice machine, Steam Boilers, GEA Grasso and Bitzer Ammonia cooling Compressors, Ingersoll Rand Air compressors, and IONICS EDR Water Treatment Unit including newly established projects.

*Installing, setting, configuring and commissioning all electronic measuring

Instrument equipments such as Pressure, Level, Flow Transmitters, and pneumatic controlled equipments. *Directs, Supervise and Control the operation / production and Personnel of Utilities to providing, Water, Air, Cooling, CO2 and Steam at all times.

*Repairing and maintaining all types of fully automated (PLC’s) controlled machines, including troubleshooting of all electrical and mechanical equipment.

*Excellent knowledge in handling hydraulics, Pneumatics systems.

*Schedules / implementation monthly and annual periodical maintenance covering all equipments and machines including (KPI) implementation of Utility Department.

*Contacting department managers to view, discus, plan, coordinate utility production schedules, action plans progress.

*Ensure the application of quality system, safety regulation, and good housekeeping measures in the plant.

*Plans and control training of personnel under supervision.

1982-1987 Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey U.S.A.

Bachelors of Science Degree, Electrical Engineering

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

- Successfully completed Project Management Professional (PMP)

total of 48 hrs. exam preparation at Pioneers Academy Amman / Jordan.

-Member of the Jordan Engineers Association.

-Member of ISO & HACCP Council.

-Possess a very good command of both spoken and written English.

-Hold an American permanent Resident, (Green Card).

-Hold a valid Jordanian / American driver license.

-Attending seminar in water consumption (Holland).

-Attending training Course in fillers and soft drink mixers (Germany).

- Attending workshops in emotional intelligence, leadership, coaching, and teamwork & change management.
