End to end responsibility for filling a prescription from receipt of eRx to Adjudication and revenue cycle management.

Defined the Pharmacy store associate user experience map, keeping in mind Federal restrictions of roles and responsibilities between Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist.

Created and defined the roles through personas and created journey maps for each persona during the fulfillment process.

Inventory responsibility implemented though the use of apps on hand-held devices. Currently working on replacing custom hand-held device with Smart-Phone or Tablet based app.

Breezecard is MARTA’s fare card used by patrons.

Responsibilities included managing user experience with the fare product, maintaining web and other product related technologies to ensure seamless customer experience.

Ensured deployment to various stakeholder groups such as students, county partners, corporate partners, and low income groups.
