Supporting the senior designers/architects in developing the design concepts into a final design in the form of manual/freehand drawings and after client's acceptance for the proposal will develop into AUTOCAD drawings.

Preparing tender drawings and detailed Plan, Section & Elevation for the projects

Preparing fire strategy plan for the civil defense as per Dubai, Abu-Dhabi civil defense regulation and NFPA regulations.

Preparing fire zones and FHRC cabinet location plans as per local authority regulations coordinating with architect's and MEP engineers.

Providing the shaft for the MEP services coordinating with MEP engineers.

Preparing the area calculation and parking calculation & drawings as per local municipality regulations.

Preparing all the required drawings, documents, supporting file etc for the Building permit submission to DM, Trakhees etc for approval.
