SYNOPSIS: This project is a single Sign In portal which is called Ecommerce Authentication Engine (EAE) which will be applicable for all channels such as Web Application, Smartphone, Client-Based as well as Terminal e.g. Kiosk. EAE implement using WSO2 for Single Sign In/ Identity Management as well as API Management solution. The users of this authentication engine include public users as well as admin users. Public users consist of Pos Malaysia Internal and External application users.

The EAE also able to published their API to be shared by other Service Provider. SSO enables users to provide their credentials once and obtain access to multiple applications. In SSO, the users are not prompted for their credentials when accessing each application until their session is terminated.

This engine provides a centralized authentication platform for Pos Malaysia internal applications (e.g. Digital Mailbox, Digital Mall, Ezibox, E-Fulfilment, Trade Facilitation etc.) & Partnering Public Application. The SSO Engine solution shall be compatible with Cloud IaaS environment or any equivalent environment. It has 7 main Modules as below.

SYNOPSIS: Enforcement System is aimed at collecting complaints from its Clients and resolving them in time on a commercial basis. It is mediator between Complainant and Accused to solve problem and to take necessary action on Accused. The System can receive the complaints from its clients through different channels. There is a traditional process that a client’s complaint can go through after it is acknowledged by the Enforcement officer. Based on the complexity of the complaint, it will be escalated to higher levels to get it resolved. There will be multiple interactions among Enforcement Officer, Complainant and Accused to get proper information in order to investigate on the Case to take charge accordingly. If the complaint has been proved with proper evidence, The Officer takes proper action on accused which may lead to close Accuser’s company and will be collected penalty to pay back to complainant.
