LTE RF Optimization Consultant (LTE TDD)

Huawei Iraq MS project (Aug 2017 to present)

Responsibilities:

Daily worst cells analysis and recommendations.

Daily, weekly and monthly KPI report (RRC, E-RAB, Call Setup, inter/intra handover, PRB utilization per carrier, throughput).

Traffic Heat map for network traffic distribution to mark potential areas for the sales and coverage.

Handling Customer complaints.

Network audit to find the parametric inconsistency and fixed.

Network neighbor audit to find the missing neighbor relation or parametric inconsistency to improve mobility KPI.

Network Audit in term of capacity, like PRB utilization, PDCCH utilization, PRACH utilization, RRC and ERAB congestion and give recommendations.

Trials made for network tuning and to improve DL throughput.

Traffic balancing between the two carrier by using parametric optimization and MLB feature.

Add CA on new ON Air sites and monitoring the KPI for activation of CA.

Perform all RF Performance activities required to support the network build program (new cells, modifications, carrier adds, etc.).

LTE RF cluster optimization/Acceptance by bringing about significant improvement in OSS & DT KPIs.

Neighbor auditing to improve KPI’s.

Defining pre/post swap activities process (CF preparation and SSV review for final submission.

RRC establishment success/failure test.

Analysis of worst cells on daily basis in a specified area.

Mobility parameter threshold agreement with customer for Inter/Intra and I-RAT Handovers (A1,A2,A3,A4,B1,B2).

LTE RF Daily KPI review (RRC SR, E-RAB SR, Call Drop Rate, Inter/Intra eNB HO failure, I-RAT HO SR, CSFB SR).
