Joined company as early investor and independent board member. Transitioned to COO role to help accelerate growth. Company grew from zero revenue to $200 million run rate in five years. Recognized as a world class sports nutrition and lifestyle company. Developed, identified, negotiated and executed hundreds of professional athletes’ and celebrities’ agreements/endorsements. Worked directly with wealth managers, agents and attorneys to license name, likeness and relationships with multiple NCAA Universities, MLB, NFL, UFC, MMA, Olympic athletes and celebrities including creating product line around Arnold Schwarzenegger for global distribution and company logo on Tiger Woods’ golf bag. Backed by venture capital and private equity, executed a spin out of military technology from Lockheed Martin Space Command. Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing., 1991-1998

Originally known as Decision Data Corporation, we created a strategic roll-up of independent hardware repair (break/fix) and software services firms. Identified/negotiated/Acquired/integrated 40 firms in four years to grow from $100 million revenue to $850 million and 900 employees to over 8000. Created the largest independent services firm in the world. Oversubscribed IPO raised $110 million (1997). Company acquired by merchant banking fund of DLJ for $975 million (1998). Specific achievements:

- Built a global sales team with 400+ professionals and closed Fortune 500 business.

- Expanded service portfolio from desktops to mainframes and software into networks and operating systems. (Including all internal retraining programs).
