Conclusion:
Over the past 17 years I grew from a basic service technician to a Senior Manager that currently oversees a vast group of individuals to include (Regional Service Managers, Regional Maintenance Managers, Warehouse Coordinators, and the direct reports that report to them. I have encountered and overcame numerous challenges to include Company changes/ growth, Kick off of an internal maintenance program, Hiring of personnel, and providing the training needed to become successful in their career.
Prior to the above, I was a service technician for almost 11 years before joining the Racetrac/ Raceway team and I’m loyal to the company’s I work for. I feel that with the current Racetrac experience and my past technician experience that I could be beneficial to your company.
In the past I have worked as a service provider for Racetrac (Raceway), Murphy USA, Loves Travel Stops, Pilot / Flying J Travel Stops Circle K, and many other stations the entire time that I was employed with Panhandle Pump Co. I know service stations inside and out and I feel that I could be a great asset. I have other technical experience with computers including but not limited to adding and removing software programs, LAN communications, Wireless and Wired Routers. I also have many years experience in the construction field including but not limited to drywall, till, carpentry, concrete and many others. I have built several homes from start to finish including the permitting process.
