ACADEMIC PROJECTS
High speed 16x16 crossbar switch design 2017 Fall
to design a crossbar switch to switch any input to any outputs with 0.18um CMOS Tech at Gigabits
Study the literature and discussed with team member to supplement other required knowledge
Use Cadence to draw the schematic and simulate for both design verification and post-layout testing
Repeat adjusting the device parameters to maximize the speed and minimize the area
Verified the idea, wrote a piece of paper and presented the result to class in oral form
A Study of CMOS Low-Power Low-Noise 900MHz Receiver 2017 Spring
to design a receiver in 0.18um CMOS Tech with 900MHz center frequency
Learned the basics of design circuits and proposed the initial design
Familiarized myself with Cadence to do the design and simulation, discussed with professor and classmates
Calculation and simulation turn out to be matched after many times of optimizing, the noise figure is 1.78dB, power gain is 30dB and power consumption is 4.22mW under 1.2V supply.
Study of Electrical Property of Semiconductor Oxide Film Sep2015 -May2016
to analysis the electrical properties of ZnO films grew under different forming conditions
Familiarized myself with the equipment used to magnetron sputter film on substrates
Read many materials to find which forming condition may affect the electrical properties
Spend much time on doing experiments
Trying to explain the results of experiment in micro mechanism
Study on Improving Measurement Accuracy of Michelson Interferometer Sep2014 -Apr2015
Endeavor Cup of College Student Innovation and Venture Practice Competition of ECUST (third prize)
to verify the idea of improving measurement accuracy through employing EIT effect and resonant cavity in optical path of interferometer
Understood the principal of EIT effect and resonant cavity through studying literature and discussed with team members to supplement other required knowledge
Put forward the initial thoughts about the experiment and conducted theoretical analysis
Designed optical path diagram in the experiment and set up optical instrument
Verified the idea, wrote a piece of paper and presented the result to professors in oral form
