Significant contributor in growth of company from 18 personnel to over 300, growth of manufacturing space from 20,000 sq. ft to over 225,000 sq. ft., and annual revenue growth from $2m to $120m.
Oversight of facility expansions, site closures and consolidation, and redirection of manufacturing approach from purchase and assemble to a self-sufficient/in-house business unit.
Instrumental in movement from batch production to single piece flow cells utilizing Kaizen disciplines and lean principles increasing productivity as much as 30%.
