Managed the learning curricula development and deployment for the BEACON Tier One Project, a multi-million-dollar computer systems conversion designed to improve Bank infrastructure and enhance customer digital banking experience. Authored and secured approval of comprehensive learning strategy and plans, and aligned them with business goals.

Devised and executed complex Project Plan complete with Project Strategy; Executive Summary; Statement of Work; Schedule; and Work Breakdown Structure; Human Resource Utilization, Vendor Procurement and Management, Interface, Quality Control, Risk Management, and Reporting Plans; and related Change Management activities.

Managed all project aspects end-to-end from initial concept through post-training evaluations and analyses. Oversaw project team through curricula development including analysis, design, development, implementation, and training effectiveness evaluations. Produced and distributed plans and feedback mechanisms; examined data; and adapted strategy when needed.

Conducted extensive needs / task / gap analysis hybrid and identified critical tasks for learning. Guided Readiness Leads and SMEs through task prioritization and review processes. Partnered with Organization Change Management (OCM) team through learning curricula integration and socialization using the Prosci® ADKAR model.
