I worked on both projects from define phase to execute phase I worked directly with my project manager and project team members to create and maintained detail engineering schedules with Primavera P6 based on WBS, activities definitions, durations and dependencies, schedule update, schedule report, monitoring and controlling, schedule progress report and Earned Value Management.
