Main duties and Responsibilities.

Plan, prepare and analysis activities that facilitate active software development environment.

Develop schemes of work and activity plans for software requirements.

Identify the key users of the software to de developed and their daily tasks performed in currents systems.

Identify key objects attributes and operations of the system to be developed.

Assign the development plan once the requirements are fully collected and understand.

Establish and communicate clear objectives for all activities.

Provide a variety of materials and resources for the proposed systemto vendors.

Maintain accurate and complete records of client’s meeting.

Once the final work agenda is assigned, copy of the agenda is kept by both parties.

Ensure those different development teams are corresponding with each other for the reliability of the software.

Ensure that validity test is performed at each stage of the software development cycle.

Ensure risk management activities are performed at every stage of the software development cycle.

Ensure that the development environment is well maintained and rules are followed.
