PLANT DETAILS
•Feeding coal to power plant (6 x 135 mw) & (3 x 180 TPH Process Boiler.
•Maximum rate of coal feeding to other site is 1600 TPH.
•Coal feeding is done by Belt Conveyor.
•Stacking the coal in yard(Fines Coal yard & Middling Coal yard.)
•Minimum size of coal feeding to Process Boiler is -8 to 10mm & maximum size is 50 mm to Power Plant.
•Reclaiming the coal from yard having 3 PSR( Portal Scrapper Reclaimer Machine)
•Minimum size of coal is find by crusher (Non Reverseable impact & hammering crusher) & Screen.
•Mainly bulk material handeling Equipment like stacker &Reclaimer, Padle feeder, Crusher, Screen, Travelling Tripper, PSR & Conveyor System.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Daily Organisation of safety tool box.
•Schedule monitoring for manpower mobilization.
•Safety of man & Machine.
•Maintain the Bunker level.
•Report of Permit issues.

•Operation of (2 x 450), (2 x 2200), (2 x 3000) TPH Coal handelingSysteams which includes Equipment like Vibrating Screen & Heavy Duty Crusher, 3000mm wide belt Conveying system, fire fighting system, Pumps, Valves, Bulldozers & Travelling Tripper, Wagon tippler, PSR system & Pollution control Equipment like DE & DFS system.
•Taking care of smooth operations CHP.
PIPE LINE ENGINEER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
•Demanding workers to provide a good quality work & checking that all workers have the complete safety work equipment like gloves, glasses, helments, safety harness & adequate tools.
•Monitoring various activities of cross country water pipeline construction such as Trenching, field joint coating, crossing by open cut method, pipe lowering, mainline welding,sand bedding Backfilling Etc, in accordance with approved procedures applicable codes & standards.
•Review RT films & witness UT & pipeline joints.
•Monitoring all project documentation.
•To witness hydro testing of pipe lines.
•Performing all QC inspection activities accordance with project quality plans, Procedures, applicable codes, standards & specifications.
•Preparation of WPS & PQR as per ASME section IX.
•Looking pipe Transportations to side.
