Responsibility:

Maintenance of Floor AHU, Split A/C’s routine work.

Responsibility for Bms operator:

Responsible for the monitoring of fire detection alarm system, such as smoke detector, heat detector, sprinkler, and emergency exit alarm.

Responsible for the monitoring of Water tank supply level alarm,air handling unit, kitchen exhaust fan, fresh air handling unit.

Responsible for monitor and control the Fire pump system, motors,sewage pump, electrical system, water system, ventilation and elevator control in the building.

Responsible of the operating & monitoring of the chiller,chilled water pumps,cooling towers,condenser pumps.

Responsible of the monitoring kitchen exhaust fan,water pump,booster pumps.

Responsible of the monitoring heat exchanger water temperature.and Fresh air handling units.

Take routine round of the premises on daily basis. If any abnormality is observed then inform to Duty supervisor or Facility manager as soon as possible. & also solve the problem.

Responds to all BMS alerts, investigate and feedback to the Duty Engineer on any outstanding issues or events ( FM200 alarm, Water Detection alarm etc)

Conduct daily routine checklist to ensure that the BMS system is in good working condition.

Maintain log and records of chiller readings, equipments and consumable stock level.

Responsible of tenants' requests such as adjustment of air-con temperature.
