Successfully conceptualized and created a unique, interactive Excel data visualization methodology (which includes some Visual Basic/macros) to show claims data mapped by county in over 20 states.
Applied knowledge gained from my Excel data visualization methodology to other areas of the business to enable easy, interactive, data visualization for a Call Center Authorization Agent Dashboard (for comparison of both individuals and teams), Cost Analysis by Trade, Written/Earned Premium, front end user interface errors, and numerous other Claims metrics.
