Summary
This application serves healthcare professionals as a user-friendly insurance claim tracking tool. It scrapes pending claim details for payer’s site thus enabling the Hospital Representatives to follow-up the claims. It schedules the claims to be processed on a weekly basis for all respective payers’ sites, scrapes the claim details, takes a screen print and stores the needed scraped data in respective tables for further workflow process. In addition to basic claim tracking functionality, it also provides different reports to monitor the revenue cycle workflow management process.
