Description: S tabilizes any distortion produced in video due to high frequency jittering motion. Digital image sequences captured from physical imaging devices often display unwanted high frequency jittering motion. The unwanted positional fluctuations of the video sequence will affect the visual quality and impede the subsequent processes for various applications such as motion coding, video compression, feature tracking, etc. Image stabilization aims to remove irregular image fluctuations being caused by undesired global camera motions in a video sequence. Thus, Image Stabilization is the process of removing undesired translation, rotation or zoom jitter of global motion, which can be accomplished by smoothing absolute frame displacements.
