Component Engineer
Lead an engineering group to drive all Tempo projects, providing a weekly report to local key team, and management people from Cincinnati OH, and Juarez Mexico.
Partner with Design Assurance to identify areas of reliability, risk, and sampling.
Provide reliability function for new products by acting as reliability engineering lead on assigned projects with accountability to execute assigned activities.
Notify suppliers about issues related to their products, in order to avoid any quality problem, all product is segregated, reviewed, sending back all bad parts, requesting a short and long term corrective action, to avoid this problem in the future.
Develop test strategies to determine the best means of providing design verification and reliability.
Validate test methods using equipment qualification, software validation, and measurement analysis.
Develop and qualify new test protocols, ensuring test objectives are effectively incorporated. Design and coordinate the fabrication of unique test fixtures required for protocol execution.
