1.Designation - ‘ Accountant’ Dept – Finance Bills Receivable & Payable Section in “Jeraisy Group” in Head office (Riyadh)

Prepare journal vouchers, and accounting records in accordance with

Generally accepted standards in Oracle

Provide proper checks and balances over the Material Purchases & cash.

Daily follow up of Cash and Bank opening and closing balances.

Accounts Receivable and Payables reconciliation and reports.

Bank reconciliation statements.

Payroll and Employees benefits calculations.

Check monthly, weekly and daily invoices process in the system.

Controls all balance sheet accounts by preparation of monthly statements.

Check all transaction before posting into system.

Prepare collection reports.

Prepare income statement.

Forward Sales order thru Order management in Oracle.

Handling Cash, Claques entry and passing the same in Oracle.

Co-Ordinating with branches regarding Cash & Claques Invoices via Mail / Phone.

Making Debit & Credit Note as per Condition.

Handling Daily Cash Flow from Cashier and enter into system.

Calculating Technician Commission.

2 Designation - ‘Team Leader Supervisor’ Dept – Operation, in

“Tandon Information Solution Private Limited” in Seepz Andheri.

Downloading Images form Client Server to our Server using File Zila Software.

Distributing work to the Operators.

Handling 26 Operators daily.
