Testing Site:

1) Complete physiochemical testingof water including PH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Total Dissolved Solids, Chloride, Hardness, Phosphate, Iron, Silica, alkalinity, DO, BOD, COD, AN, Oil,Sulphate, Sodium, Residual Chlorine, Algae& Bacteria Identification etc.

2. Pretreatment of raw & waste water for the improvement of the water quality ( including Jar Testing for chemical dose determination)

3. Treatment of Boiler water including maintain DM water quality,PH, Chemical dosing ( Morpholine, hydrazine & Phosphate etc.) & CBD .

4. Water treatment of cooling towers (Internal & External) by adjusting chemical dosing & maintain parameter for preventing corrosion and scaling in heat exchanger and in various metallic structures.

Operation Site:

1. DM plant operation:-I have completely done the operation & trouble shooting of DM plant, DCS and manually operated.

2. RO plant operation:- I have completely done the operation & trouble shooting of RO & UF plant, Auto and manually operated.

3. ETP operations and maintenance :- operate the Plant with suitable treatment philosophy, optimization of chemical dosing, maintenance and troubleshooting, give proper training of plant operation with the norms of Environment and safety.

4. Instrument Operation:- Having complete knowledge of operation and calibration of laboratory instrument like pH, Conductivity,Turbidity meter, Spectrophotometer, Flame photometer, Incubator, and Bomb Calorimeter.

Job Responsibility:-

1. All required Water & Chemical Testing/analysis for Boiler water in power plant. Maintain Boiler water Quality including chemical dosing.

2. Analysis, Treatment and quality control of ETP, RO, DM &Cooling water.

3. Responsible for the Operationand general maintenance of DMplant, Boiler Dosing System, Cooling Tower, ETP &
