PROJECTS SUMMARY

1 – Auto Insurance Application Phase 1.1 (PEGA 7.2) : MEDGULF ( Jan. 2017 – Sep.2017).

Medgulf is a leading regional insurance group has workforce of +1,400 employees serving clients.

Project Description :-

This Project was Insurance Policies (Auto and Health); The client approaches the company for auto insurance coverage; the proposal form to be issued by the employee of the company (underwriter).

The proposal form filled by the client, who gives the details about the insurance coverage level required and the vehicle details.

The underwriter calculates the insurance premium and conveys to the client and if he accepts and pays the premium through cash/card, policy is to be issued and records to be updated accordingly and for further proceedings with each client are to be maintained in the system.

Responsibilities:-

Weekly meetings with the client to define and gather business goals and requirements and providing appropriate technical consultancy.

Weekly meetings with the team members (8) to gather available collected information, discuss the project guidelines for implementation purposes.

Bi-Weekly meeting with the project managers to represent the project progress and discuss any needed modifications.

Involved in updating and developing process flows, activities, UI Rules; analyzing functional requirements and created technical documents for Flows and Flow Actions.

Create Decision Rules and Declarative Expressions, Rules for Validation, Integration and Connector Rules.

Environment: PEGA Rules Process Commander 7.2, Windows 7.

2 - IT Audit Application (MKINSIGHT) : Al-Futtaim Group (2015-2016) POC project.

Futtaim Group is one of largest business holdings in middle east, the client asked for unified application to control all types of business segments and generate reports which helps in dealing with different data types to improve business performance across different countries with different languages.

Our team arranged for POC to be applied in Saudi Arabia branch to control Egypt and United Arab Emirates, Kuwait & Qatar Branches.

I was responsible for configuring, defining the part of integration with DB, configuring web interface, defining the Role Based privileges after meeting the client to discuss the team roles.

Define the audit management integration tools and Reports.

Engage with MKINSIGHT team to modify the code for any unexpected requirements.

Responsible for delegating access to assigned users to be synchronized to the local Users.

3- Service Disk Plus Manage Engine MSP :- (EBIC GROUP) 2013-2015.

Comprehensive help desk and asset management software application to manage company’s IT queries, also allows IT team to monitor and maintain IT requests of users across organization also to track organizational needs through reporting and asset management.

The application support GUI for configuring (IT Requests, IT Solutions and updates, IT Projects, Billing and Purchases, Contracts, DB management, Reports and Integration).

Responsible for configuring (IT requests, DB management, Reports and Integration).

Engage with the client (IT team, Management team) to figure out the business life cycle of the IT requests; Define business reports needed for management team and who to access.

Engage with MSP SDP team to modify the application coding against any modifications needed.

Testing the application modules to make sure results meets expectations.

Presenting the final version of Application interface to client teams and management to deal with application and prepare guides for client to follow in their daily process.

4- Semantic Web Application (Using java, RDF, OWL, HTTP, REST) :- GOZOUR GROUP (2011-2013)

The Semantic Web Application is an intelligent web search to serve users needs more accurate and easy, storing advacned lexicons in DB (jREST) to be easily accessable for search engines.

I was responsible of closing and fixing the gaps :- (Between System language ‘Java’ and the generic semantice web language ‘RDF, OWL’) & (Method calls the HTTP of the semantic web) using SOAP and jREST for Web Services use.

Engage with the project team on weekly basis to gather all codes and build up the project for testing and discuss end-customer requirements and expected outcome.

Demonestarte the final outcome with the client to make sure we met client satisfaction with the project outcome.

Apply all necessary debugging steps to make sure of aligning with client compliance and guidelines.

5- Installing DELL Equalogic PS4000 with DELL PE Servers R710 :- Etisalat Egypt (2008-2009).

6- Installing DELL Equalogic PS6000 & TL2000 Backup Drive :- CITADEL CAPITAL (2009-2010).

7- Installing DELL PowerConnect & TL4000 Backup Drive :- Ministry of Education (2011).

Implement Enterprise infrastructures with required Hardware (DELL, HP, IBM, CISCO & SUN Systems) Software applications (Windows Server, Exchange, ISA, Messaging Applications) with appropriate Support after installation.
