OBJECTIVES

Technology changes every day and there is nothing that gives me greater pleasure than learning and understanding new Technology. I enjoy working with people and am always up for a challenge. My strong character traits are my dedication to my work, organization skills, patience and being task orientated – I cannot abandon a task until it is completed to my satisfaction. I thrive on problem solving challenges .Establishing a successful company of my own, have developed my managerial skills and have taught me much about managing the finances, employees, assets and strict deadlines. I believe that I would be an asset to any Company granting me employment.

Top 3 Career achievements

My first achievement would be obtaining my Diploma in Electronic Engineering. This was a very

difficult exercise but I was determined to complete this task . In December 2000 I received my

Diploma,and I knew I was on to greater things in life. Completing my Diploma gave me the opportunity to explore new technology and start working towards my goals and dreams.

My second career achievement in live, were starting and successfully establishing my own Company

Called Manosi Distribution. By establishing this company I learned a lot about business and what were needed to make it work. In this company I had 45 People working for me all doing their individual tasks. I enjoy working with people and this gave me the opportunity to learn and understand how to work with people. Starting this company from scratch, had a lot of challenges and I had to learn everything about business, including Production Management,business development, Procurement, Logistics,Debtors,Creditors, Cash flow and finances . By establishing this company I gained valuable business experience and knowledge.

Thirdly, while working for Keystone just over one year, I got hold of a tender Proposal for an American Military company called BAE (Based in SA) to do a complete revamp of their entire security system. This was a very strenuous tender process . We had to provide a security specialist from America,all relevant info including a project plan, Proposed Equipment with detailed specifications and warranties in order for us to convince them that we would be the best company for the job.

On receiving this tender after months of hard work, we were very relieved and excited but it also came with it’s own set of challenges. We had to install over 100 IP cameras, 50 Biometric readers 40 access control systems and more than 5km of electric fencing on 3 individual sites all being monitored from one control room. Working through and completing this project taught me a lot about project management and all aspects involving a project of such a magnitude. I consider this as one of my greatest career achievements and are proud to say we completed it successfully.
