Human Resources Director, Maple Shade, NJ (2004-2013)

Oversaw the HR function for an automotive holding company comprised of 27 operating companies, employing over 3,600 people throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom generating revenues of $2.6B annually. Of these divisions, I was directly responsible for the daily HR management of 7 of them and approximately 700 people, where I did hands-on recruiting, hiring, retention, training, employee engagement, benefits, employee/labor relations, HRIS, and compensation.

Managed a 67,000 square foot office facility. Coordinated several complex physical reconfigurations and the office relocation of 100 employees.

Researched, purchased and installed an HRIS system, established procedures for data maintenance and trained staff members on its usage.
