Honest Tea Supply Chain Business Manager Oct.2016 - current
• Create and lead short-term and mid-term capacity planning for Honest Tea 16.9 oz PET, 16.0 oz Glass and 59.0 oz MS packages, to direct regional planning and procurement teams.
• Lead and partner with multiple cross-functional teams to commercialize existing Honest Tea packages to test launch internationally, i.e. Mexico, India, Canada.
• Responsible for planned obsolescence for Honest Tea seasonal items, i.e. 32oz Summer Lemonades in 2017, saving the company $852K+ from prior year.
• Manage the Honest Customer Service team that works directly with Natural Channel, Amazon, Field Marketing, Natural Sales team and other CCNA Supply Chain teams.

• Responsible for four Hot Fill lines with production of 18.5+ million cases yearly to support our Independent Bottlers and Bottlers locations.
• Developed and roll out processes for communication and escalation point for cross-functional teams.
• Lead and developed Waco Run Strategy for all chilled lines production, resulting improved CsFl by 15.0% and OrdFL by 25.0%, in 2014.
• Implemented a formal safety stock calculation for Waco and Paw Paw chilled redi and produced items.
