Operating & maintaining IBMS System Water & Air Cooled Chillers, CSUS, FAHU, RAHU, S AHUs, VAHU,S FCUs, Precision, Cassette, Floor Mounted Units, HRW, HRW Supply & Exhaust, Units, Staircase Preassiutions Fans, STP, WTP and Pumps
Purchasing all equipments, tools, appliances & materials viz. consumables &supplies reasonably necessary and desirable for the maintenance of the building

Maintaining the records of PM/breakdown schedule, service reports, history cards a well as inspection stickers by vendors and in-house team
Creating consumables of electro-mechanical materials, housekeeping materials and stationeries; collecting the quotation and preparing the cost comparison for FM and client approvals
Attending and monitoring the complaints/requisition/job card by facility team to management
SCADA Operations
Performing failure investigation analysis to identify gaps & take corrective measures so as to reduce equipment downtime & maximize plant availability
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of troubleshooting tools
Planning and effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time / equipment reliability; also executing cost saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures and work within the budget
Handling operations of HV/LV, Equipment, Generators, Transformers, Elevators, Escalators, Energy Meters and Other Plant Equipment as per design in auto, semi auto, manual from SCADA and local operations
Undertaking root cause analysis of problems and developing effective counter measures initiating improvement ideas generation & implementation
Installing Packages, Duct Able Splits, Cassettes and Tower A/c; operating air-cooled chillers, package units, duct able splits and cassette units
Laying the grills, making thermal and acoustic insulation throughout the duct
