Managed a diverse set of major IT projects throughout multiple international locations, systems, and users. Planned, developed and communicated objectives, timelines, requirements, and user acceptance testing. Estimated and controlled costs, and drove project tasks to completion as a key liaison between business groups. Developed and implemented processes, and led continuous improvement to optimize systems and resources. Managed expectations, maintained diplomacy, and fostered a positive team environment. 4SAP for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence groups, all countries/regions) Contributed to the rollout of SAP throughout Americas, Asia, and Worldwide Service. Travelled to work with business partners to normalize data between all systems.
4Apple Retail Worked with Apple Retail from it’s inception to create intensive reporting for corporate use as well as in-store reporting and metrics necessary for daily operations. Reporting across multiple time periods (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) as well as time over time comparisons and real time reporting and individual performance.
4iOS Devices Created management reporting for all metrics in the iPhone/mobile devices line. Reporting developed for carriers, all Apple divisions and functional business areas on many platforms from mobile devices to dashboards to standard format reporting.

Served as a financial/business analyst; generated reports, researched, and resolved technical issues in support of business processes, objectives, and improvements for finance teams.
