Identified, developed, and promoted 46 top performers to higher-level roles including 1 assistant manager to co-manager, 5 department supervisors to assistant manager, and 40 hourly associates to supervisor.

Selected to participate in the recruitment and selection of assistant managers for the region – partnered with market managers and HR managers to interview 85+ applicants and identify high-potential candidates.

Created a highly successful tool to improve associate retention – this rolled out to all 108 stores in the region and helped lower market turnover from 160% to 124% YTD in 2017.

Ranked in the top 2 in the market for charitable fundraising. Recognized in a local newspaper article as a new store manager who is making a difference in the community. Member of the Chamber of Commerce.
