Client: Arizona Public Service (APS) Role: Business System Analyst

Project Description:

Working on core functionalities within client’s Online Billing and Customer Information Management applications:

On boarded customers to a new ERP Oracle CCB Pro platform, that provides enhanced features to Online Billing and Customer Information Management. With this initiative, APS clients had an integrated and consolidated view of APS accounts to view account summary, historical payments and ability to download billing statements.

Enhanced the Online Billing platform to provide administrative features to view/manage account profile, manage payment preferences that includes auto pay set up or single payment based on different payment channels. In addition, to customize preferences to enable energy saving techniques by having low unit price during peak power consumption time. To alert the users on other energy savings plans to subscribe and save based on customer notification preferences.

The Oracle CCB Pro platform maintained the Customer records migrated from the legacy application. In addition, a history of customer profile updates occurred within the same geographic location associated to an Individual’s ID. In addition, it includes the credit rating module that helps to determine the APS client’s payment patterns and associated risks, if any.

Responsibilities as Business Systems Analyst in APS

Responsible for serving as a liaison with the business owners to lead and facilitate the elicitation, prioritization of business initiatives and business requirements including streamlining business workflows and client user experience.

Conducted business discussions, requirement workshops to elicit requirements review and document business requirements.
