In order for your registration to be finalised, we require proof of payment of the Registration fee and Annual fee in terms of Section 12(1) (b) (c) of the Act (see the tax invoice forwarded to your email address and use the invoice number as payment reference). A certificate of registration will be forwarded to you once registration has been finalised. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the provisions and requirements of the SACPCMP Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Policy which is downloadable from our website. Membership of one of our recognised Voluntary Association is also encouraged. Professional registration is valid for five years from date of registration and is renewable after this period on condition that Annual fees are paid and CPD is undertaken as prescribed. Please note that it is in your best interest that you familiarise yourself with the provisions of the Act and other relevant legislative and regulatory provisions that have an impact on the work of a Construction Health and Safety practitioner. Furthermore, note that it is a requirement of section 27(3) of the Act that all registered persons must abide by the SACPCMP Code of Conduct and failure to do so will constitute improper conduct. The approval status of this letter is valid for three months starting from the date of this letter and should this period lapse you will be required to re-apply. Yours faithfully
