1.Prepare the detailed site investigation report discussed with project manager according to our planning schedule arrange the materials, manpower and other sub contractors resources.

2.Prepare the necessary sub contract agreement as per our specification and starting date according to our schedule.

3.Monitor and control the manpower at site to reduce the wastages and avoid the errors.

4.Prepare the quality plan according to our specification and applied the same to our working site.

5.Very well plan to the utillization of machineries and man power in proper way.

Monitoring and Reporting

Monitor the project according to the planning schedule, control the labors and subcontractors are being worked according to our schedule. Attend the fortnight and monthly meeting discussed with our consultant and client whatever the problem facing at site and bring the project has to be completed our schedule.

Construction Safety

Discuss with the safety engineer updated safety plan made in prescribed format., Updatede instruction given to the site supervisor and subcontractors. Monitor the workers are working safety or not provide maximum safe working platform for the workers.
