JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

-Manage and optimize odistribution costs: co negotiation with suppliers (with Purchasing).

-Convert Purchase requisition to Purchase Orders.

-Control the logistical operational activities of the company; this includes implementing and monitoring offices procedures ensuring efficiency, effectiveness and smooth flow of activities.

-Maintaining documentation that keeps track of purchases and use that information to communicate with accounting so they have all invoices they are responsible for placing orders and answering any and all questions in regards to the status of orders.

-Reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and compare to vendor quote and Distribute completed purchase orders internally or to suppliers and follow-up when necessary.
