To prepare SCFT reports using Actix, Map Info, GENEX Assistant
Changing the required parameters like frequency change, neighbours add & delete, BTS power, antenna tilt & orientation to resolve the problems after coordinating with OMCR
Physical optimization in terms of antenna down tilt to minimize pilot pollution and overshooting cells.
Pre-post Drive, cluster Drive & Report making
Analyse the reasons for- call drop, call attempt failure, handoff failure, pilot pollution, Interference and other network related issues and resolve them.
