Project Description : Scope of works includes Design Development with all MEP related disciplines and construction of low rise buildings for the Security Forces of the Ministry of Interior in a conventional method of construction. Buildings are made of in situ concrete frame with suspended slabs, concrete blocks for wall partitions and various floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Work also includes all external works and underground activities with a total build-up area of 557,076 Sqm.
