As part of statutory Management initiated the networking of fire alarms (Morley – Honeywell system) located in various buildings so that pictorial and textual aid is available to FM personnel for managing the alarm activation avoiding disturbance to classes.

Appointed and developed a RFP involving electrical consultant for addressing frequent electrical trips in the education building, this study showed a huge potential for saving electrical consumption of around 15% and providing quality power to tenants.

Initiated chilled water strategy highlighting the correct split between common and tenanted areas for both capacity and consumption saving the landlord an additional 10%, the consumption pattern was studied further leading to further savings on units being not metered
