Project Management

Scope: Provides high-level project management and administrative support to Global General Counsel, who is responsible for legal matters in all of the 18 countries where there are Velcro Companies and subsidiaries. Perform heavy travel/booking projects for the General Counsel, as well as the legal team. This often involves complex itineraries, visiting multiple countries during one trip. Scope: Provides high-level project management and administrative support to Senior Vice President who was responsible for (7) area medical practices in the Metro Boston area. This included confidential and discreet personnel issues.

Created and implemented Meeting Magic Project to schedule and track all the CMO/VP/Director, and their direct reports standing internal meetings for posting on SharePoint site for company-

wide viewing. Provided metrics and dashboard updates, scheduled and tracked GEMBAs and prepped reports and follow-up.


Regulatory Affairs Specialist - Office of the General Counsel

Scope: Responsible for technical specialty and administrative support for (2) departments: Regulatory Affairs and External Appeals Department. Responsible for formatting, editing, proofreading and electronic filing of Certificates and Riders to the Department of finance and Insurance Systems, for the State of Michigan (DIFS), via the State’s Regulatory process: System for Electronic Form and Filing (SERFF).

Project Management Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Deliverables: Created, implemented and managed the Electronic Filing/Archiving Project, which saved the department 25% in time and resources being given the new ability to retrieve case files and other documentation from anywhere.

Served as SME on the 2014 Marketplace Project for National Health Care Reform, instrumental in successful launch of Investigated and identified key regulatory, operational, and processing gaps while serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Healthcare Reform Team.

Served as Project Manager in series of Focus Group meetings for Certificates and Rider Redesign Project. Coordinated and facilitated the project, organized focus groups and working sessions, provided regular updates/status to senior executives to ensure effective dissemination of project information.
