Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator – Global General Counsel & Legal Division

Scope: Provides high-level project management and administrative support to Global General Counsel, who is responsible for legal matters in all of the 18 countries where there are Velcro Companies and subsidiaries. Perform heavy travel/booking projects for the General Counsel, as well as the legal team. This often involves complex itineraries, visiting multiple countries during one trip. I also handle confidential and discreet personnel issues, as well as Board of Directors meetings and coordination. Scope: Responsible for technical specialty and administrative support for (2) departments: Regulatory Affairs and External Appeals Department.
