Recruiter for Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapist, as well as all office personnel i.e. admin, accounting, marketing, medical billing, and IT.

Placing ads on websites and in journals, sourcing candidates from list and referrals

Phone screen, set up onsite interviews with clinical site managers and supervisors

Utilization Partners is a Company that was started to work with Superior Management Co.

UP was to be the preferred company to complete evaluations on referrals for the Medicaid kids in Texas.

I hired two evaluation teams one in Austin, TX and one in Waco, TX that consisted of 5 SLPs, 2 PTs, and 3 OTs in Austin and 2 SLPs, 1 PT and 1 OT in the Waco, Killeen, Temple area.

The evaluators do evaluations only no treating.

This is a first-time partnership with a management company and home health company

I was the sole recruiter for this new company

Set up all forms, recruiting tools, i.e. postcard mailers, internet sites, email blast

November 2008 – April 2013 – Practice Support Resources (PSR, LLC) – Service for Physician owned Emergency Department Contracts

Master Physician Recruiter for Emergency Medicine Physicians

Responsible for recruiting Emergency Medicine physicians and Midlevel Providers for 20+ Emergency Departments in Level 1 Trauma Hospitals

Placing ads on internet websites and in many Health Care journals and publications

Sourcing physicians from list, referrals, internet websites, and

Screening physicians and setting up interviews with Medical Directors and Hospital Administration, made all travel plans for physician

Lead recruiter representing PSR at Emergency Medicine conferences
