Goal: Remodel Team / Asset Protection / Department Manager.

Goal: Provided an intermediary level of assistance from client PMO to project members and leaders to ensure projects were carried out to plan, via data compilation, report generation and project tracking and communication to team and PMO staff.

Tasks: Under direction from PMO, created SOW and team schedules, oversaw Kemtah technicians, reported additional costs, budget issues, and technician performance. Project schedules and variances reported to Integris PMO to meet completion dates. Maintain an PM document archive in SharePoint.

Results: Completed 500 seat Epic training classrooms across sites in the state of Oklahoma; Successfully moved employee departments across two buildings with new Network, Telephone and furniture construction; iPad hardware pilot implemented, and a new Cerner clinic created in a remote Tulsa hospital office.

Technical Project Manager, September 2014 – April 2015

Goal: A Scrum Program corporate initiative to upgrade various Point of Sale (POS) systems and exterior signage of existing corporate and franchise restaurants in national market segments to a corporate standard.

Tasks: Drive Corporate Initiatives and reach agreements with Independent Franchisees, coordination with electrical and construction vendors and system integrators. Updated project rollout schedule as technology changes or risks required and mediated follow-ups and cost negotiations. Project documentation via SharePoint and excel with Jira on client side.

Results: Completed over1000 POS conversions across 7 states in 6 months.


VMWare Projects, September 2011 – September 2014

Goals: Successful implementation of Hardware and VMware OS in customer environments from Small Business to Fortune 10 data centers.

Tasks: Verifying correct installation of Server, Storage, Networking, and Virtualization OS at remote customer sites through middleware reporting and event logs. Produce formal documentation for major escalation summary reports, post-incident reports, etc. Assist developing & documented methodologies & best practices. Coach and develop tier 1 support technicians on troubleshooting techniques, call logging, & call-handling procedures. Recommend, create and evaluate required technical training sessions. Tasks: Using Agile/Scrum processes to design, and implementation a highly available multi-domain directory infrastructure platform. Engineer, assess, and review future directory architecture solutions, Provide technical and project leadership across a diverse team for multiple Active Directory programs, SharePoint Sites and projects. Provide capacity planning and performance monitoring to sustain and improve platform availability and efficiency. Provide Change Management leadership for the deployment of application or infrastructure related changes.

Results: Server & Networking hardware, Databases and Active Directory infrastructure and Cloud migrations successfully completed. Hardware and Software not part of the new organization was securely transported to the vendor.

Goals: Managed Casino projects on network and server hardware as well as OS and Hotel software installations across Regulated departments and networks.

Tasks: Performed Secure Gaming technology infrastructure assessments and upgrades (Aristocrat, IGT). Developed documentation and recommendations for the entire organization. Designed Active Directory Architecture and DNS, Schema. Provide guidance for Migration Planning and Deployment for the organization. Goals: Migrated from Desktop PC’s to Linux based Citrix thin clients and created new server backend support.

Tasks: planned Windows server builds and problem resolution/support options. Installed Linux (Red Hat) based Citrix clients for sites across Southern California. Developed databases for Asset management, transitions, and upgrades. Created and modified Active Directory Security groups.

Results: Two Citrix farms created in localized regions of California to cover 125 remote site installs using Scrum and SDLC for creating scripts to migrate user data automatically to the Active Directory Profiles.

Goals: An Agile project to resolve security issues on Medical /Health Networks.

Tasks: HIPPA compliance for Medical Organizations; to include Active Directory/ and biometric implementation. Documented and Managed Windows 2003/2000/NT servers and Cisco PIX VPN/Concentrators.

Implemented Gigabit Network Attached Storage (NAS) for Medical Image Web Streaming Servers.

Results: Migrated servers to a centralized secured co-location, migrated networks to enable redundancy and centralized Anti-virus, Administration, and Security of clinic networks and VPN’s.
