WORK EXPERIENCE:

WSI for Digital Marketing “AWWSS Digital Production” Job Position: “Senior HR Specialist” {Sep 2017~ Present}

Participates in the development of the overall HR and Personnel strategy.

Participates in the formulation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with the corporate objectives, government regulations, and local labor legislation.

Prepares the HR and personnel business plan and manpower budget and submits them to the General Manager for discussion and approval.

Ensures the proper implementation of the HR policies and procedures in all departments or sections involved in any personnel administration activities.

Advises department & section heads on HR policies and procedures.

Advises management on the appropriate solutions to resolve employee relations issues, grievances, and conflicts.

Supervises and assists in the preparation of the Social Security, taxation, and medical insurance coverage plans.
