Presently I am working as the Land and water management expert being associated with FES (Foundation For Ecological Security) Keonjhar in OTELP+ (Odisha Tribal Empowerment and Livelihoods Programme) project supported by ITDA (Integrated Tribal Development Agency) Keonjhar. As the Expert, my responsibility is to understand the common properties and there criticality in the village scenario, and formulate strategies and work towards better management and governance of these natural resources. To understand the geo-hydrology of the area and to work towards developing strategies for ecological restoration. To design soil and water conservation and revegetation measures for the development of common and agricultural lands and to work closely with other staff and village community on the design, measures and overall restoration efforts. To learn and handle responsibilities concerning day- to –day functioning of the team and in strengthening the team work.
