Full life-cycle PLM CS/PM/PS/QM project for an international telecommunications company. The main responsibilities were to ensure quality assurance between implementation partner and client. Also provided specialized knowledge to implementation partner in the areas of CS and PM. This project required high levels of integration between the PM/CS modules and AM/PS. Provide Architecture design and solution, define requirements, provide detailed Blueprint, customizing and configuration, key user support, and troubleshooting. Using PM sub-modules - Mobile asset management (MAM) and Maintenance event builder (MEB), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).
Writing technical specifications and providing solutions for:
Reporting, Data dictionary, user dialog screens, Menu Painter, user exits, ABAP query and report writer/painter tools.BAPI’s, BADI-s, ALE, EDI, IDOC, SAPScript / SmartForms, LSMW / BDC conversion from legacy systems
