DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CONCOURSE-III

DUBAI METRO PROJECT:

The aim of this project is to provide state of the art rail transit system in Dubai. The Redline comprises of a 54Kilometers Third Rail System with 29 stations (Total 49) including Ground, Underground and Elevated stations, with 2 Depots and 2 Car parks. The world largest driverless LRT system also comprises of relatively the largest IP based ACCESS CONTROL system. With over 2000 IAS Reader Module communicating to the IAS controller on a RS 485 communication and the IAS Controller communicating on a Multi Services Network (MSN) connected on the fiber network through Alcatel Switches. Also it will be monitoring at any locations through on OCS system. Two control centers, OCC (Primary) and BOCC (Secondary/Redundant), are engineered to provide smooth operations of the trains. With several state of the art systems like BBR,NBR,SDH,PIS/PAS, the Dubai Metro also comprises of a large scalable CCTV System - Monitored and Controlled from an Operational control System.

Green line comprises more or less the same subsystems as in Redline except the Green line comprises of 8 underground stations, 12 elevated stations (Total 20), 1 Depot and 1 car park.

At Honeywell Ltd. (Dubai) Branch

DUBAI MALL-BURJ DUBAI PROJECT (Earth’s Largest Mall, Dubai): System consists of 3 different Sub-systems i.e. CCTV, Access Control, Intercom System. The CCTV system consists of around 2200Nos. of cameras connected to Matrix Bays through fiber and Coax cables and also looped to IP based Video Streamers which further routes the video to Camera Servers, which are the part of Honeywell’s Digital Video Manager System (DVM) used to record the video for all cameras. Access Control System Consists of around 1200 doors connected to central software through LON Bus and TCP/IP network. In the same way Intercom system is also having around 350 Nos of different Master and Slave intercoms connected to Main central Software through TCP/IP network. The complete system is distributed in to 5 No's of Control rooms and one main Control Room. All 3 Nos. of systems are integrated on a common platform Honeywell EBI), so the complete monitoring & control can be performed by single interface.

OMNIYAT PROPERTIES, Dubai (ONE BUISNESS BAY and BAYSWATER): System Consists of 3 different Sub-Systems i.e. IP CCTV, IP Access Control, Car Park Management System. It has a 250 IP Cameras, 120 IP Access Controllers and 8 Barriers. All CCTV cameras and HID Edge Access controllers integrated with Genetec Omnicast and Synergys Software. Superma finger print Reader connected to the HID Edge Controllers and HID Smart card are used to get the Access inside the Secured areas. For car park management system, Barriers, Displays are from Skidata and Indect. Long-range Tagmaster Card Reader integrated with HID Vertex Controller.

India Government MINT-Kolkata: System Consists of ACCESS Control System, Walk through Metal Detector, Motion Detector, UPS, Turnstiles, Hand Held Metal Detector. All the Turnstiles are integrated with Northern Computer Access Control System with HID Readers.

Videotec Water Cooled Camera housing with High Temperature Rugged glass and IR Cut filter used in the Hot areas. All these cameras are used for Process monitoring. The video is transmitted though Coaxial, Fiber optic Cable to control rooms using necessary Hardware & Software like Multiplexer, Joystick Keyboard, Matrix Switchers, DVR, Video Splitter.
