Key Responsibilities are as follows:

Development and coordination of client base B2B for industrial usage of Submersible pumps, and Drinking water solutions for entire Jharkhand and Odisha.

Finding suitable Tender (Govt. and Semi Govt.) for drinking water solutions, lassoing with the users and converting the tender into orders.

Reduced staff by 10% in 2017 to maintain profitability and continue to good sales growth in FY’18.

Piloted a new B to B staffing business model which increased revenues by 57% product sales by 48% in FY’18.
