BARIQ is the first “Bottle to Bottle” manufacturer in Egypt, processing post-consumer bottles into food grade PET pellets. Owned by RAYA owns 94% equity stake in BARIQ EGP 40 million issued capital. Paid- in-capital stands at 25%.

Reported to the CEO and Managing a team of 7 professional controlling warehousing and raw material procurement with annual spend of 60 M EGP. Responsible for strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver targeted productivity savings, contributed to improve network efficiencies and meeting quality and service expectations. Aligned with internal stakeholders to maintain business relationships and strategies with key suppliers. Applied policies and processes and ensured that all sourcing activities comply with company and regulatory directives. Led all procurement-related activities to source requested services based upon contract work plans and business requirements. Contributed and led bid events including screening, communications, and request for proposal, negotiations, and contracting / administration for responsible categories.
