Technical Support Tier III/Tech III

Responsible for utilizing multiple software systems and applications to ensure incoming

technical support calls, service orders and repair orders are completed accurately and on-time.

In addition to performing a wide range of functions across a variety of technologies,

proficiency is required in networking, Microsoft Exchange, Office365, Global Directory

System (GDS) Database, CMTS management, RIP, TCP/IP and the Business Class Portal.

Provided Tier III service and support to other technicians by using analytical

troubleshooting techniques to coordinate, resolve and document issues as appropriate. Works

closely to understand and resolve root cause issues in provisioning/repair related errors and

communicates requirements to Business teams to eliminate/reduce system downtime

and service calls. Managed the Comcast Domain Management System. Responsible for

Also managed the Comcast legacy domain/email systems as well.
