A manufacturer of Precision Machined, Turned and Milled components for the Aerospace, Aviation, Industrial, Energy and Automotive sectors.

Led a new division start-up.

Transferred a newly purchased Aerospace machining business into the new division as its foundation.

Led growth in revenues by 300%.

Introduced new markets including automotive, energy and industrial.

In 2017 initiated a new business plan for continued revenue growth of another 75% and an increase in profits by 12% during the next three years.


ARC Products, Greenville SC 2010-2014

A manufacturer of precision machined components for the Aerospace and Aviation Markets for the specific sectors of ignition systems and fuel delivery systems.

Sought out and purchased a business with a strong foundation and financial stability.

Responsible for the component manufacturing including all machining, multi-spindle screw machines, turning, grinding, extrude hone, heat treat and EDM.

Led the efforts to ensure that the correct quantity, quality and part numbers were available as needed without building excess inventory.

Responsible for the assembly and test of fuel injectors in a clean room environment.

Grinding, Honing and Lapping Cell Supervisor 1983-1985

Responsible for leading a team of 15 to perform the grinding, honing and lapping of critical components related to fuel injectors.

Engineering Technician 1980-1983

Hired in May of 1980 and was immediately sent to Ipswich England. At the Lucas facility we received training on product and equipment. Assisted with the transfer of the product line from England to Greenville SC.

Traveled to machine builders to assist engineers with try outs and capability studies.

Responsible for setting up equipment and assisting with machine trials and capability studies.

Set up equipment and trained new employees.
