Led a new division start-up.

Transferred a newly purchased Aerospace machining business into the new division as its foundation.

Responsible for the component manufacturing including all machining, multi-spindle screw machines, turning, grinding, extrude hone, heat treat and EDM.

Responsible for the assembly and test of fuel injectors in a clean room environment.

Hired in May of 1980 and was immediately sent to Ipswich England. At the Lucas facility we received training on product and equipment. Assisted with the transfer of the product line from England to Greenville SC.

Traveled to machine builders to assist engineers with try outs and capability studies.

Responsible for setting up equipment and assisting with machine trials and capability studies.

Set up equipment and trained new employees.
