MAIN PROJECT

Precise cell segmentation of histopathological images using watershed algorithm .

Description : This project aims at detecting a mitotic and non-mitotic cells in the human breast tissue and to diagnose the mitotic cells for furthur classification which yields high sensitivity and specificity ie it yields 83.21% sensitivity and 94.79% specificity which is statistically significant improvement over using any single source of information alone.

Duration : 6months(2016)

Role : Active role on team co ordination, Leader.
