• Support Senior Vice President, 12 Regional Manager, 102 General Managers and 800+ store employees.

• Track and coordinate travel for Senior Vice President, Regional Managers and other employees as needed.

• Arrange and execute all meeting and events both on site and off to include retreats and team building activities.

• Run a variety of reports such as staffing level reporting, labor management, DOT, customer service, compliance adherence and corrections, and a variety of financial reports. Review reports for anomalies and analyzes as needed. Follow up on anomalies with RMs, GMs, and Store Associates as needed. Provide a summary of finding and resolutions to the SVP to keep them informed.

• Works with non-profit organizations to partner up with Aaron’s Community Outreach Program (ACORP) to include onsite visits and evaluation of needs. Interaction with Founders and Officers of various organizations. Process and approve all ACORP requests which include validating the request to ensure it drives the purpose pf ACORP.

• Approve online store orders for store supplies to ensure adherence to corporate policy. Coaches stores on policy if discrepancies are found.

• Ensures that Divisional Offices are kept in a presentable state for outside visitors. This may include working with the Divisional Administrative Assistants and other support staff to ensure supplies are well stocked and orderly. May also work with cleaning service or facilities management as needed to give direction on items that need to be addressed. Works with Fire Marshalls to ensure building is up to code.

• Assists customers that call the Divisional Office with issues. Determines the best answer based on knowledge of the business. May transfer the call to others as appropriate.

• Maintain database for all customer complaints as well as assist customers that call Divisional Office with issues that have escalated beyond the stores and Regional Manager. Determines the best answer based on knowledge of the business.

• Maintain and handles all bed bug claims within the Division to include coaching and counseling, webinars on policy and procedures. Follow through with legal department, 3rd party vendor and customers.

• Maintain all Better Business Bureau complaints to include investigation, resolve and posting to the BBB portal.

• Supervises all other administrative staff in the Division Office.

• Completes strategic projects for the division as requested by the Senior Vice President and other Division Leaders.
