$100mm+ divestiture of Glentel: evaluated the options for the partial sale of Glentel using DCF, precedents, and SOTP; the model included several scenarios that were discussed with the finance committee and led to the successful divestiture o Consulted legal counsel to determine the optimal alternative and with drafting the term sheet for the proposed deal structure

$1.5B debt deal: responsible for the valuation, pricing, and placement of US$1.5B of commercial paper as well as the subsequent USD/CAD swaps; the deal will save $50mm+ cash per year over alternative options; issued the company’s first ever negative rate
