As per FSA policy, all deposit takers have to submit a single customer view report (SCV) within 72 hrs of request being made. The Project involves implementation of Convergent Customer Care and Billing System for all Lines of Business of MTNL like GSM, CDMA, Leased Circuits, Broad band and Fixed line. The scope for the migration is to port the existing customer base, bills, payments and adjustments into the target databases.
Responsibilities:
Preparing Staging Data Entities to stage data from various Legacy Systems.
Field to field mapping of source data to Singl.eView billing system.
Development of Extraction Script to extract & transform data from legacy system to Oracle Data files (to stage data into staging database).
Data loading from the data files to the Staging Database using SQL Loader.

Preparing reconciliation reports at both Source Database and target Database (Singl.eView Billing System).
