Qualifications
I am an experienced Restaurant General Manager with 25 years of experience in managing a Taco Bell store. I opened the first Taco Bell store located on 10th Street in Sioux Falls, SD in 1991, and in 2012 was proud to be able to assist in “re-opening” a new store at the same location.
I have utilized and enhanced my restaurant management skills through day to day involvement with- orientation of new employees, staying abreast of new corporate policies and procedures and deploying them out to team members in a timely, organized manner. I am up to date on all the current food and health inspections for the state of South Dakota and pride myself in keeping informed of proposed/ new regulations.
My philosophy of excellence in fast food restaurant services starts and continues with the focus of quality product delivered by professional staff to each of our guests.
